INFLAMMATION - A LOW VIBRATION PROBLEM
Inflammatory responses play a central role in the development and persistence of many diseases and can lead to debilitating chronic pain. In many cases, inflammation is your body's response to low vibrational stressors. When our bodies are inflamed we feel as if our bodies are being taken over by an uncontrolled alien. We go to the doctor to get answers and many times we only get a prescription. For me, prescription drugs just make me feel worse and add to my stress. So I went looking for a natural remedy and found many good natural options for controlling inflammation.
One of the options I found is rooted in the theory of vibration and sound. It's called Vibrational Sound Therapy. After my first session of having these wonderful Hymilian singing bowls played on my body, I was hooked. I slept better that night. I was more focused and alert in the following days. My mood was lighter and I just generally felt better. My legs no longer hurt and the swelling in my calves went down.
Vibrational Sound Therapy produces a deep penetrating sound and vibration which influences both the emotional and physical body. It works by reducing lower vibrational stressors such as anger, depression, fear and resentment, which in turn decreases our risk for disease, improves our circulation, reduces inflammation, strengthens our immune system and alleviates aches and pains.
There are many different sound therapies out there and all have their own benefits. But personally I like Vibrational Sound Therapy the best mainly because of the vibration of the bowls when they are played on the body. Plus, Licensed Vibrational Sound Therapists have the training and skills needed to use sound and vibration to help reduce stress and disharmony in the body reducing inflammation and sending that alien back where he came from.
